Roar...

Two leopard prints have invaded my mind this Fall and one is just within my reach, especially since my birthday is coming up!! Leopard is one of my favorite prints because just a hint can change a whole outfit from boring to perfect! But then again too much can be a mess, so tread carefully!

::Ann Taylor Floral Leopard Coat $198::

I first laid eyes on this awesome print when my favorite blogger from atlantic-pacific wore the Red Valentino version in September of last year. Now Ann Taylor has made a few pieces for way more affordable prices!

::Blair from atlantic-pacific::

Next is the DVF Fall/Winter 2013 leopard that is a little more of a water color looking print and way more expensive. I love it, no less.

Last year I never wanted to wear a coat, which is weird because I have a few coats that are amazing but I was just over it. This year I am obviously making up for all that lost time by dying over ever coat I see! #styleproblems

ps- I love Katy Perry's new song Roar... just saying.

BTS...

At this point in my life I do not get to partake in the joy of actually going back to school but I still appreciate what back to school is all about. Starting a new year fresh and creating a new look, definitely something I can get on board with. Fall is the time of year to try new trends and go with the extreme, Summer is for sun dresses and cut offs and very little else.

So to kick off back to school for myself, and for the sake of trying some very different I decided it was time for a new look!

After many years of my best friend telling me to go short, I finally listened! It's such a good change for the new season and for my sanity because let's be honest, long hair can drive you crazy. I have spent the last month with it either up in a simple pony or a sock bun.

And while cleaning is usually held for Spring, when it comes to your closet it should be something you do at least twice a year! Bring sweaters, boots, and heavy jackets to the front and put sundresses and open toe shoes to the back.

Instyle magazine has a great closet boot camp series going on right now, so run to your nearest stand and make sure you don't miss out on anymore of the amazing organizing tips!

Lust Worthy...

While paging through the September Issue of Vogue I found a coat so wonderful I had to blog about how much I am lusting after it!

:: Louis Vuitton sequined check-print wool coat $8100::

Let's be honest Jennifer Lawrence does this coat major justice and wears it like a true star, so that helps. The leopard sequined at the bottom is to die for and I would expect nothing less from Louis Vuitton!! Pure Fall magic!

Vampy...

As it draws nearer to September I am obviously getting more excited for all things Fall, check me out on Pinterest if you don't believe me.  I always get excited for this seasonally appropriate nail varnish with a cult type following~

::Chanel Le Vernis Nail Colour in Vamp $27::

A perfect dupe, if you're not willing to spend that much on nail polish, is Revlon's Vixen! Here's to the first hint of leaves changing colors!

White out...

My favorite Fall accessory is as follows~

::Guess Neodan Pumps $99::

White pointed toe pumps. I am surprised at how much I love mine because I am not generally a pointed toe pump kind of person. I wanted a completely black and white look for a wedding and thankfully white pumps are in...

::Dress/Express, Shoes/Guess, Necklace/Francesca's::

If you're looking for a shoe this Fall to go with everything, these white pumps are them!

A fav & A fail...

I found a new favorite pink polish...

:: Essie "Meet me at the altar"::

I'm not jumping the gun or trying to send any subliminal messages to anyone, this varnish was given to me by my boyfriend's mom who doesn't wear this light polish!! It's has a little bit more of a lavender touch than Essie's "Fiji", which is my all time favorite but this color goes on much easier. If you've ever tried "Bikini so tiny", this polish is the pink version of that! I love it!

And a fail...well from first impressions.

:: Revlon ColorStay Liquid Liner::

The tip feels like a felt marker and the liquid is a little too watery so if you want a consistent, dark line it takes some building. I am going to keep working with it and see if it grows on me. I'll keep you posted!
