Stretch...

Hi pretties- while spending time with some of my favorite glossies (magazines for those of you who don't know) I read that wearing high heels can shorten your Achilles tendon and become very painful over time. Not wearing 4 inch heels doesn't seem to be a very likely solution for yours truly so I've started stretching my tendon while sitting. It really only works when sitting at a short table where you can put your legs straight and the back of your high heel (or stiletto)  on the floor- if you've been wearing the shoes for a few hours you can actually feel the stretch! So word to the closer to heaven wise- make sure to stretch out the Achilles or pay for it (along with the rest of the ailments that high heels can bring) later!!
